Pharmacy Ownership Workshop: You can dream about it or you can do something about it.

Maybe you've talked about it: owning your own pharmacy someday, but you're not sure you have the skills or the resources.

Or maybe you've been running your own pharmacy for a little while and you're ready to take it to the next level.

In either case, the NCPA Innovation Center offers a proven resource just for you: The Pharmacy Ownership Workshop, sponsored by McKesson and in part by First Financial Bank and Pharmacists Mutual Companies.

It's an intensive two-day event for pharmacists considering pharmacy ownership or current owners looking to polish their management skills. It's a soup-to-nuts crash course on pharmacy ownership, whether you're starting from the ground up, purchasing an existing store, or expanding to become a multi-store owner.

Pharmacy Ownership Workshop: Part 1 (On-Demand Pre-Work) 

The modules (~11.5 hours) make up the on-demand pre-work for the Pharmacy Ownership Workshop. Much of the live Workshop builds upon content outlined in the on-demand section below. Please take the time to complete (or even revisit) these modules ahead of the live Workshop.

All On-demand Pre-Work must be completed and the post-test passed with a score of 70% (two attempts allowed) ahead of the live Workshop to receive CE credit for this portion of the Workshop.
